Who You Might See on a Sunday Morning
Rev. Kenneth Kalisz
Pastor Ken is originally from Buffalo, NY – which explains why he still cheers for the Bills and Sabres. After high school, he joined the Army where he spent eleven years in the medical corps. While in the Army, he met his wife, Denise (originally from Chicago, IL) who also served in the medical corps and still works in healthcare today.
Ken completed his degree in Healthcare Administration at the University of Maryland University College and began a civilian career. It was during this time that God began to work in his life and he found many opportunities to serve in the church.
In 2002, he had left his civilian job and became the full-time Youth Director in the church he was attending. At that time, he enrolled in Evangelical Theological Seminary.
In 2008, he came to Hope when Pastor Bob retired. Since then, Hope has continued to grow and share the Good News of Christ with the community.
